These terms govern your use of the EchoRank website and services. By using our site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. EchoRank is operated by an Australian business, ABN 18 497 215 058.
EchoRank assesses how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, Copilot and Gemini) represent and recommend your business, and provides reports and optional optimisation services. Service tiers and prices are set out on our website and may change from time to time.
The free AI snapshot is provided "as is" for informational purposes, with no commitment on either side. It reflects results observed at the time of testing.
AI answer engines are operated by third parties and change frequently. Their outputs are probabilistic and outside our control. We provide our professional assessment and best-practice recommendations, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, mention, placement, traffic or business outcome. Results may vary and change over time.
Paid services are billed via Stripe at the prices shown. Subscription services (e.g. monitoring) renew until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If a paid audit does not deliver the report described, contact us at hello@echorank.com.au and we will make it right or refund the affected service. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All content, reports, methods and materials we produce remain our intellectual property, licensed to you for your own business use. The EchoRank name and branding are ours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoRank is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our website, services or reports. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where we are liable, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
